UK May Have Mad Cow Disease Death of 22-Year Old Man
The family of the United Kingdom's Andrew 'Rew' Hawker are confident that when test results are in, they will show he died from variant CJD---linked to eating BSE infected meat.
Hawker died at at King's Mill Hospital on 7th May after being struck down by pneumonia while he fought the degenerative neurological disorder.
The 22-year old Bilsthorpe man has died from a suspected case of the incurable Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) — better known as 'mad cow' disease. Health experts have told his family Andrew suffered from the more common sporadic form of CJD which usually affects 45-75 year olds.
Hawker was diagnosed with the brain disease in October last year and his brave fight against it touched the hearts of his devastated friends and family.

Andrew was as likely to have died from eating contaminated meat after 1996 as eating baby food as has been suggested.100,000 animals with BSE entered the human food chain after 1996 enough to make more than 600 million quarter pound beef burgers contaminated with BSE,10 for every man women and child. The authorities have tried desperately to conceal this information from the general public.

I believe there are other causes, other than infected meat, which can also cause a brain wasting disease like a CJD. Research has found, that toxins can cause the same brain wasting.
In several case studies on Many Faces of CJD, they have stated that some had falls or injuries, some time before the CJD diagnosis. Research has found, if the carotid body in the neck has been damaged, then it can cause an imbalance of carbon dioxide and oxygen to the brain and can cause a quick death.
I wonder how many other people have died with the diagnosis of CJD who have had injuries or falls which haven't been investigated.
